We will register patients who live within our catchment area. Please check at the reception desk for details. Patients eligible to register should bring with them:
- NHS medical card, if available
- Current Passport
- 2 bills (1 utility), as proof of residence
Access to patient information is available to the doctor and responsible members of staff. All other patient information is only given, with the consent of the patient.
