Alert: Important Notice

Dear Patients

As you are aware that ‘The Redbridge Surgery’ is now merged with ‘Gants Hill Medical Centre’. Please note that our clinical systems are merging on the 11th of October 24. To facilitate the merger our clinical systems will be down from 1pm on 11th October, and we won’t be able to access patients records until the 13th of Oct 24 or possibly the 14th of Oct 24.

Please support us by handing your repeat prescriptions early (only the ones due by 14th Oct), in advance to the pharmacy by 5pm on 7th Oct 24.

Also note that clinicians won’t be able to see any patient after 1pm on 11th October, as our systems will be closed in preparation for the merger.

In emergency, please dial 111 or go to A&E.

Access
Our health centre has suitable access for disabled patients. All the patient areas including the waiting room, the consulting rooms and the toilets, have wheelchair access.

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.
